The container is well-made and my 4 year old is able to open and close it easily. It was one of the only containers I could find that had a very wide opening making it easier to eat out of as a bowl and to wash.

My only concern is the design of the lid which has a spring mechanism that is covered by a removable silicone cover. If you try to wash the lid, even just to rinse the outside of the container, water will leak into the lid mechanism and it is difficult to dry out.

Love how it feels of quality and my 4 year old can open and close it easy, except the stainless steel divider is so sharp and snug that getting it out of the container made tiny little dents/scratch in the inner container as I tried to take it out so not happy about that and hoping it doesn’t cause issues with rust. We’ll see how that goes but my daughter is very excited to start using it and the lavender colour is super cute.
