Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

For international shipping inquiries outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility requirements will be clearly stated during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected packages.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded less shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

While we will do our best to assist, delivery issues caused by third-party carriers are outside our direct control.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside Canada:

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government.

Hello Nom is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
