Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Vancouver, BC. During busier times, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders $98+ CAD.
For orders under $98 CAD, a flat rate of $12 CAD applies.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery for Canadian standard shipping is 3-7 business days.

Pre-order items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately. In this case, in-stock items will be shipped first, followed by pre-order items once available, at no additional cost.

Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hellonom.com. We’re happy to help with the next steps. Once your return is approved, we’ll share simple instructions along with a return shipping label.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund after the item has been received and inspected.
